Responsible for mapping out travel arrangements for corporate bodies, travel agencies and individuals.
These include booking flights, arranging transportation to and from the airport, and booking hotel rooms.
The Travel Consultant is to also help clients ensure their visas and work permits are up to date for the locations they need to travel.
Typical Responsibilities
Make professional and accurate travel arrangements for our clients including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations
Converse with customers to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required
Follow the company’s procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards in the areas of: making travel arrangements, building Passenger Name Records (PNR's) and profiles.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant/Ticketing and Reservation Officer.
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency in the use of Amadeus GDS; with Amadeus certification
Ability to relate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels using diplomacy and tact

Liaise with the Sales and Marketing Manager in the planning and implementing of marketing strategies that will aid the penetration of new market and discuss with the sales team.
Ensure the meeting and exceeding of ALL sales and revenue targets as set out by the Organization in relation to the profitability of the Organization.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with Trade Partners to ensure continuous delivery of services to them.
Responsible for sales and marketing activities including development and execution of sales programs as directed by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Supervise and provide on-the-job training and support to the B2B team members to aid in the meeting of set sales and income targets.
Developing expertise of our market by deepening customers/ businesses and requirements via each engagement.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing techniques such as cold calls to ensuring they become prospects for new business.
Prepare weekly and monthly report on sales progress to the Divisional Head for review.

Job Purpose & Dimensions of Role
As an Accountant, you are responsible for maintaining financial, accounting and Administrative services in order to meet the company’s requirements and support day-to- day operations.
Typical Responsibilities
Accurate and timely preparation of invoices in accordance with the relevant contract conditions
Verify authorized supporting documentation for invoice details
Ensure daily tickets reconciliation with daily TJQ from Amadeus
Successful invoice submission through clients systems are required in contracts
Ensure contract details are accurately set up in the invoicing system and updated in a timely manner
Check invoices for discrepancies in price, quantity and items.
Support the successful collection of funds from the client through dispute resolution as required
Maintain filing and archiving procedures
Work closely with the operations team to ensure financial data is coded and properly entered in
Successful invoice submission through clients systems as required in contracts
You are expected to send invoices to Account Managers that are concerned and request them to acknowledge receipt
Clients weekly updated statement must be sent to the clients and copy the Account Managers and COF
You are expected to keep updated excel ledgers for all clients
You are required to prepare daily and weekly reports
Maintain filing and archiving.
Requirements

Overseeing all content and updating all sections of the group’s website, including homepage and other categories
Monitor track and document content result; analyses data, returns and customer response
Manage all aspect of content production including campaigns, blogs, whitepaper, email marketing, imagery and videos
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, promotional concepts, style and layout
Targeting keywords and basing articles around them
Keeping up to date with the industry best practices and adjust the content strategy as needed
Be conversant with trends in the social media space and create highly engaging content that aligns accordingly.
