We are looking for an experienced Business Developer Manager to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts
You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management.
The goal is to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth.
Due to local development, we are looking for people on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
New Pro-channel account acquisition and detailed management of retailer portfolios
Collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team for the execution of campaigns
Drive the strategy and infuse the business vision into professional relationships in the designated market location
Deliver distribution, promotion, shelving, merchandising, visibility and education
KPIs with designated customers
Have control over customers ordering and invoicing process
Make sure that all practices for all locations are flexible enough to manage unique variances in designated market
Keep in touch with all customers by building loyalty and providing a high-quality experience
Build a strong business relationship that helps companies succeed and enables our customer’s stores to reach and exceed performance goals.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum of 2 years working in a Customer relationship / Field Sales role demonstrating the ability to work in close partnership with internal and external key stakeholders.
Competent at operating independently, and delivering against ambiguous, fluid goals.
Focusing on the right priorities with a sound rationale for so doing.
Significant experience in effectively managing external customers and successfully working with internal teams to build new capability and implement projects.
Composed, poised and professional demeanor.
Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Well-timed tenacity and conviction
Desirable: industry knowledge.

Job Description
FOREO is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, proactive and collaborative communications leader who will develop, lead and implement the organizations marketing, PR, SN and driving forward an understanding of the work on the respective market and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Responsibilities
Build the brand vision through powerful storytelling and content-based initiatives across all channels,
Storyteller with no off button,
Develop strategic marketing for PR, SN (social networks), Trade Marketing and with powerful storytelling marketing,
In charge of overseeing all communications for the company, ensuring its storytelling is consistent and engaging, and content is following FOREO Sweden DNA adapted to the market,
Managing all marketing and all communications campaigns, making sure all teams are aligned and demand is created,
Work closely with the Digital Media Unit Team and Team Lead,
Responsible for effective budgets management for marketing communications campaigns and ROI,
Oversee local social media accounts and help to build strategies and content,
Help build and maintain all internal tracking and reporting matrices that form the basis for cost, productivity, and efficiency,
Plan and allocate resources to effectively create demand per campaign,
Supervise and provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, appraising and rewarding,
Sales results are under indirect correlation with market Marketing Manager’s responsibility,

Requirements
B.A / M.A Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business or a related discipline,
5+ years of experience in a similar position with luxury brands,
Knowing influencer marketing very well,
Strong knowledge in Marketing (digital, traditional and trade). The high-end beauty industry is a plus,
A creative, dynamic, forward-thinking person - a solution solver and a doer,
Capability to solely create and coordinate 360 marketing campaigns,
Results and analytics-driven person,
Motivated to join a fast-growing company within a multicultural environment,
Experience in international environments will be a plus,
Fluent in English,
Self Driven, Disruptive, Highly adaptive and fast-paced character.
