We are looking for a talented and motivated Creative to lead our company’s creative department. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents in the team.
As the Group Head, Creative, you will work closely with a team of Art Directors, UI/UX designers and content strategists to deliver engaging contents and creatives that meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
You should be extremely creative, dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will be required to work independently to develop creative direction on a range of ambitious and innovative projects.
Responsible for helping to drive the creative direction of campaigns, an understanding of typography, layout, animation and art direction is required to help the team produce the best work possible.

We require a Group Head, Strategy to play a pivotal role in the Agency by leading a team of Brand Strategists & Managers to develop and present strategic marketing recommendations to existing and potential clients.
This is a multifaceted role and requires an individual with the ability to identify strategic opportunities, come up with creative ideas across traditional & digital media and build the required partnerships/relationships to maximize the opportunities for growth for Webcoupers.
This role involves developing and implementing traditional and digital campaign strategies across a number of sectors including Telecoms, Finance, FMCG e.t.c. Daily contact with clients is a key part of the role, offering new and forward-thinking ideas is also essential for success in this role.
The Agency will depend on you to suggest and deliver innovative ideas and solutions, maintaining a clear strategy to achieve the best outcome for clients
