Job Description


The primary focus of this position is to generate revenue, drive channel penetration and improve brand visibility for the Company.


Core Responsibilities


Sourcing for possible clients.

Manage the sales of Financial products in a professional manner.

Create awareness for the company’s Financial products.

Administer and ensure compliance to all sale objectives.

Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.

Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.

Achieving the assigned target in terms of revenue.

Perform all duties assigned by supervisor.


Qualifications


First degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.

A minimum of two (2) years’ direct sales experience in a financial institution preferably a Bank or an Insurance firm.

Ability to maintain high grooming standards.

Experience in customer service.

Excellent Marketing and negotiation skills.

Ability to self-motivate and manage self.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and I.T. skills.

The ability to understand and analyse sales figure


Requirements:


Must have at least 2 years work experience.

Candidates should not be older than 29 by their next birthday

Job Brief


We are looking for a Credit Officer to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork.

Credit Officer responsibilities include preparing loan applications, evaluating clients’ financial information and calculating risk ratios. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of lending procedures and customer service experience.

Ultimately, you will help our clients acquire loans in a timely manner, while ensuring we comply with the law.


Responsibilities


Review loan requests

Assess clients’ financial status

Evaluate creditworthiness and risks

Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation

Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests

Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates)

Set up payment plans

Maintain updated records of loan applications

Follow up with clients about loan renewals

Monitor progress of existing loans


Requirements


Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer or similar role

Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products

Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets

Strong analytical skills

Customer service experience

BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics or related field.

Minimum of 2 years experience.

Not older than 29 years of age at next birthday
