Troubleshooting and resolution of issues relating to business applications

Installing/configuring new computers/telephones

Troubleshooting IT equipment - printers, scanners etc

Log all IT incidents and service requests to ensuring a timely resolution

Ensures that SOD and EOD duties are performed.
