Job Responsibilities
Manage a team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced environment
Have ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Follow 100% HACCP guidelines in the workplace and following these procedures is essential
Design menus in conjunction with Food and Beverage Manager. These need to meet the target market and are in line with the operating concept for the restaurant
Assume responsibility for increasing departmental sales and profit
Maximise payroll costs by maximising the productivity and efficient scheduling employees
Control food cost and wastage
