Create presentations and training videos.
Train users online/offline on the use of SchoolTry.
Collate data from schools and upload on SchoolTry.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have:
A relevant degree.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Local terrain and language knowledge.
1 – 2 years experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Good to have:
Passionate about education.
Experience as a teacher is a plus.

Coordinate the Support Executives in designated regions.
Coordinate the onboarding of new Support Executives.
Create processes for onboarding for Support Executives and Schools.
Suggest improvements to existing processes.
Organize seminars and programs to sensitize users on SchoolTry.
Ensure that onboarding targets are met.
Measure performance and send periodic reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have:
A relevant degree.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Experience in organizing training and seminars.
People/team management experience.
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Local terrain and language knowledge.
4 – 5 years experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience managing a team.
