Job Description
Tackle customer challenges and quickly solve problems that may arise before, during or after business transactions.
Engage with customers across multiple platforms including chat, social media, phone, and email.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Generate sales leads
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Document trends and patterns in customer experiences to develop creative solutions that aid both our customers and your colleagues across all teams, including design, operations, and marketing.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: 1st Degree.
Experience Level: Mid level.
Experience Length: 2 years.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a knack for the social media one-liner.
Proficiency with multiple social media platforms, Google Suite, and other communication apps.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
Good knowledge of computer software and office systems.
