The Job
Promptly attend to any electrical faults on production lines with minimum time required.
Carry out preventives and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment.
Effective usage of spares for lines to avoid stock-out.
Replace faulty electrical components of machine such as switches, motors, censors, relay etc.
Document and analyze test result such as infra-red thermometer readings.
Qualifications
ND in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
Technical Trade Test Certificate (Ministry of Labour)
Experience:
3 Years relevant experience in related industry
The Person Must:
Have good communication skills
Possess good electrical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
Have basic computer skills

The Job
Carry out effective operations of the process lines in order to produce standard quality products in line with SOPs.
Program and operate the facility’s computer system that operates the machinery.
Carry out effective process control by constantly monitoring process variables against set points.
Receive instruction from the shift Supervisors as regards production schedule and planned maintenance.
Follow up on and work with the maintenance team to resolve all outstanding process issues related to downtime and machine breakdown.
Qualification
ND in Science or Engineering related discipline
Experience:
2 years relevant experience in related industry

Possess good understanding of basic maintenance and troubleshooting

Perform Autonomous Maintenance on the packing Machines to prevent break downs.
Monitor product quality to identify deviations from specification

Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs and servicing as well as operation of turbine EGT300, Jenbachers’ and CATs’ engines.
Generate and distribute Electricity to all functional production lines and machines to achieve uninterrupted production.
Distribute water to all functional production lines and machines to achieve uninterrupted production efficiency.
Effective management of Utility team to cover production runs.
Qualification
BSc /HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
Memberships & Certification (Added Advantage)
Experience:
5 years cognate experience in related industry
The Person Must:
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess strong problem-solving skills
Be able to interpret Engineering diagrams
Have good understanding of power network layout and trouble shooting skills.
