Job Summary
Responsible for Production Planning, Operation and entire management of the entire Cement Production Process.
Ensuring Cement Quality and ISO Standards are met.
Coordination and supervision of all maintenance activities to ensure Plant availability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Planning and Organising the Total Operation of Raw Mills, Cement Mills, Kilns, Coal Mills and Auxiliaries equipment
Planning and Implementation of Production, Capital and Revenue Budget.
Plant Performance Reviews and Analysis with a view to enhancing production output, efficiency and cost reduction.
Co-ordination of Maintenance programmes with Heads of Maintenance Departments as well as Heads of Sections in Production to achieve the targeted availability of Raw Mills, Kilns and Cement and Coal Grinding Equipment.
Conduct Downtime Analysis and preventive measures for the future development.
Monitor and control consumption trend of refractory, grinding media, grinding aid, and their inventory level.
Achieving optimum fuel efficiency, power consumption & utilisation of manpower
Ensure Implementation of ISO Systems and Safety in Production Department.
Ensuring no accidents in the department and near-miss analysis.
Cost reduction by carrying out modifications and improvements in the process.
Ensuring quality of the product going out from the department as per internal quality norms.
Assessing performance of subordinates and providing necessary feedback for their development to Human Assets Department.
Analysis of Training and Development needs of subordinates and providing necessary feedback for their development to Human Assets Department.
Other additional assignments as entrusted by the manager-production / management
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
B.Sc. / HND Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years in Cement Industry.

Requirements
Education and Work Experience:

Skills and Competencies:
Ability to control the operators and help to get maximum output while the engine in operation.
Knowledge of operation for higher capacity engine.
Decision making to be done with in short period.
Running of the engine during his shift with maximum safety and smooth operation.
Good command on shift operator and helper.
Well knowledge of higher capacity DG Set running of both AGO & LPFO.

Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring that plant heavy equipment are in safe operating condition by conducting routine maintenance and scheduling needed repairs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
To carry out all types of repairs (emergency/running) and daily/periodic preventive maintenance of various make & types of heavy duty equipment , utilities, plants/vehicles in accordance with manufacturer’s guidance/recommendation and safe operating procedures to ensure optimum utilization and availability.
To ensure proper housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.
To give adequate on- the- job training to junior technician/helpers in order to develop them professionally.
To always ensure safety in using material handling equipment, tools etc
Carry out performance appraisal and practical assessment of junior technicians/helpers/intending staff for promotion and employment respectively
To use all the PPE as recommended by the Safety Policy of the company and report to the authorities concerned regarding the accidents and near miss incident.
To suggest to the management methods of improvements of maintenance practices.
To ensure consistent availability of HEMM for operation without interruption
To diagnose the problem on diesel engine, hydraulic & transmission system and to initiate remedial actions appropriately.
To assist the supervisor/engineer for the spare parts planning
Proper handling of tools provided them and to ensure right usage. Also responsible for getting the right tools for jobs at hand.
Should have a valid DRIVING LICENCE.
Compliance with ISO regulations.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
Trade Test 1, 2 & 3 in Mechanical Fitting / Mechanical Equipment Maintenance.
Minimum of eight (8) years plant operations related experience
Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of repair and maintenance of plant heavy equipment.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good teaming skills.
Baseline problem analysis and solving skills.
Creativity and an ability to think out of the box.
Proficiency in the use of office productivity tools.
