Job Responsibilities
An Executive Assistant supports executives and assists them by performing a variety of administrative tasks to aid their managerial responsibilities without worrying about tasks.
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange meetings, appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Attend meetings and keep minutes.
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc)
Make travel arrangements for executives.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate order.
Make travel arrangements
Document expenses and hand in reports
Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Oversee the performance of other clerical and administrative staff
Any other duties as assigned
Qualification & Experiences
Must be a MALE (No Females Please)
HND / BSc in Social sciences or Arts
Evidence of completion / exemption from NYSC
Proven working experience as an executive assistant is relevant but not necessary.
Currently serving NYSC/Corp Members in Ado Ekiti can apply.

Job Responsibilities
Implementation of the network architecture strategy and management Plan, deploy, configure and maintain router and switches, administrative responsibility for the entire networking infrastructure
Plan detailed concept of LAN / VLAN / WAN for all bank locations via connection to ISP Design a network concept and create lifecycle plan for network devices Backup and setup of network configurations
Proactive analysis of logging data to help to prevent system down time – communicate system or network events, troubleshoots problems and ensure uptime of network devices
Patch management for network devices
Maintain and update documentation of network design
Plan and configure network security within the banking network
Manage IP-routing and network capacity Install and manage data center racking, cabling, power, network devices, coordinate the team of networking Infrastructure.
Manage schedules and workloads of team members.
Oversee a team of specialists while providing support at the second level.
Compile reports to track customer satisfaction, personnel performance and adherence to established service-level targets.
Qualification & Experiences
B.Sc. or HND in Information Technology or Business Information Technology or comparable qualification.
Cognate Networking Certification(s) will be an added advantage.
At least 6 years of professional experience in an operational IT role as a network administrator
Evidence of sound experience and in-depth knowledge in: Network administration (up-to-date Cisco router hardware, operation system IOS, network connections), patch management, scripting, access control lists Cyber roam deployment Configuration of firewall, TCP / IP, DNS and DHCP IT security tools and methods of as VPN and SSH Backup and recovery procedures for routers, switches and firewalls.
Problem-solving, analytical and process-oriented.
Disciplined approach towards daily operations and documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally in English.
Ability to take responsibility, work on own initiative.
Willingness to travel to bank branches throughout the country for installation and administration of server.
Must be resident or ready to relocate to Ekiti State
Desired Experience and Knowledge:
ICT project work Selecting providers and negotiating contracts
Windows batch scripting and Linux server administration
Evidence of: Openness to learning new technologies and methodologies

Job Responsibilities

Maintain application database and shortlist candidates for tests and interviews.
Arrange interviews, prepare interview timetables and handle logistics.
Prepare invitation letters for tests and interviews and regret letters for unsuccessful candidates.
Answer enquiries related to application, test date, interview dates and interview results.
Conduct certificate verification, address verification, guarantor verification of new employees and produce verification report.
Achieve and maintain an enabling work environment and organizational excellence.
Partner with senior and middle level managers in strategy conceptualization, formulation and execution.
Deliver administrative efficiency to ensure that costs are reduced while quality is maintained.
Ensure that staffs are provided with effective training to upgrade their skills and their competencies are developed a long career paths in line with individual and corporate objectives.
Act as a champion for employees, vigorously representing their concerns to senior management.
Establish systems that will increase employees’ commitments to the organization and their ability to deliver.
Act as an agent of continuous transformation, shaping processes and developing a culture that together improves the organization’s capacity for change.
Ensure proper administration of staff appraisal and make recommendations on such to management.
Set guidelines for Human Resources policy review and implementation.
Develop and maintain an employee handbook and ensure effective communication to all employees.
Co-ordinate the development and maintenance of a human resource information system (HRIS) for the institution.
Implement all human capital related activities including conducting research and market intelligence into all human capital related matters to critical importance to the bank, such as salary levels, Industry practice, etc.
Act as an advisor / counsellor / consultant to in effective communication between staff and management and assist executive management in the management of its human capital.
Implement staff payroll i.e. preparing salaries and all related payroll activities
Implement the Human Resource Manuals effectively
Ensure total compliance with HR related policies
Uphold discipline at the highest standard
Any other duties as assigned
Qualification & Experiences
B.Sc. / HND / LL.B
Professional certification especially in ACIB
MSc or MBA will be an added advantage
Minimum of 6 years working experience
Must be resident or ready to relocate to Ekiti State
