Description
A customer Care Associate is responsible for resolution of customer's queries and complaints and ensures that their needs are met. They maintain a good relationship with clients and act as a good ambassador for the organisation. They also have verse knowledge of company's policies, procedures, goods and services
Their major Job duties include:
*Involvement in organising regular training activities and promote company's vision and mission statement .
* Generating sales leads that develop into new customers and sell products and services to clients.
* Working hand in hand with marketing departments to increase the financial status of the company.
* They respond to emails, incoming and outgoing calls effectively and identify customer concerns and overall needs
* Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer service as well as collaborating with immediate team, other customer service teams, sales team, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
