Job Description
An operations support is responsible for clerical and administrative duties and they handle arrays of tasks. They also handle customer's querries, complaints and proffer solutions to their problems. They involve in marketing, finance and business planning and provide necessary information to their clients
Duties and Responsibility
• Analyze organization process and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational policies & procedures
• Oversee the daily operation of the Organization
• Oversee the supervision of specified operating activities within the unit as appropriate
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
• Foster a co-operative work environment
• Facilitate and ensure end to end delivery of item to Client’s site
• Design workshop processes and procedures in the Organization
• Identify, detect, and create business processes towards accomplishing business goals specific for the organization.
• Identify, prioritize and solve ongoing business requirements
• Review standard operating procedure with each department
• Keep record of all goods/item’s delivery and operational activities in the Organization
• Prepare weekly and monthly report of delivery and operational activities in the Sales Unit
Location: Ikeja, Lagos State.
