We are seeking candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically
Content Strategist duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing our social media platforms among other tasks.
Content Strategists should be comfortable finding creative ways to build an online presence, as well as using analytics in the formulation of a content strategy. Content is defined as multimedia articles, blog posts, images or videos that aid in fostering engagement online.
Roles and Responsibilities
Writing, editing and proofreading content.
Creating a content calendar and strategy for all our social media platforms
Social media monitoring
Managing and liaising with graphic designers, videographers, photographers etc.to provide end to end service.
Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
Build a following on social media
Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
Manage content across all platforms, including company blog, email and social media.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or related field preferred
Experience
3-4 years social media management and copywriting experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly computer literate and advanced knowledge of HTML
Proficiency with popular content management systems
Experience with social media management
Creativity and the ability to develop original content
Ability to develop content that provokes engagement
Strong leadership qualities.
Others:
Authorization to work in Nigeria
Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.

Job Description
The Laboratory Storekeeper / Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing the inventory of all the laboratory units at 54gene.
Roles and Responsibilities
Daily Routine
Work closely with the procurement team to order and receive lab consumables and equipment
Verify all requested items as they arrive and check quality and conformity against documentation
Compare purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes with quantity of items supplied
Disburse requested items/consumables to the various laboratory units
Ensure store requisition form is signed by designated lab staff on collection of item(s)
Ensure FIFO principle is adhered to
Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs
Maintain lab inventory levels
Work closely with Lab Managers to replenish each unit's depleted stock
Prepare monthly inventory reports
Communicate with departmental managers to ensure items are replenished and maintain proper levels
Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications:
Essential: Qualified Medical Doctor (MBBS / MD) with valid practicing license
Desirable: Master's Degree in a health-related field
Experience:
Relevant Degree in any Science discipline
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience in procurement, logistics or supply chain operations is mandatory
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Good communication skills
Adherence to time and priority management
Added Advantage - Proven experience as store keeper or inventory management
Added Advantage - Basic understanding of lab equipment, consumables and reagents
Knowledge of Google Office (Excel) + Suite
