Job Description
Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
Maintain all machinery to ensure it's at working standards.
Create and implement maintenance procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
Clean interior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment, and exterior of the building
Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor
Comply with all safety and health regulations
Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisor
Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors.
Requirements
Minimum of HND in Engineering or any related field
Min of 3 years cognate experience as Assistant Maintenance Officer in a Real Estate / Construction firm.
MUST reside around Lekki/Ajah and its environs

Requirements
Minimum of HND in any field
Min of 4-5 years relevant sales experience of Store and Malls
Excellent team-building, organization and leadership skills
Ability to command both spoken and written English.
Good sales capabilities, able to develop compelling presentations.
