Our client in the Paint Manufacturing Company urgently requires the services of a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of a Sales Officer.
They seek to hire Sales Officer to join their growing team and promote their business goals and objectives. You will be the face of the business, identifying prospective customers, enthralling them with the opportunities, and then making deals and signing them.
Creating and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Recruiting, screening, and training salespeople.
Make phone calls to potential customers to explain the company's products and encourage them to buy.
Answering customers' questions and, if necessary, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments.
Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products.
Keeping track of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints in an accurate manner.
Working with the marketing department to ensure that the company's target audience is reached.
Notifying product developers of potential product improvements and changes in order to ensure that company products meet current market demands.
Creating cost-benefit analyses for potential and current customers in order to determine the best purchase options.
Examining the products of competitors to determine product features, benefits, flaws, and market success.
Minimum 3 years, quota-carrying, sales experience
BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of marketing
Experience selling into or working with marketing teams and their agencies
Track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to successfully drive revenue via scaled selling across various designs and styles
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Communication and negotiation skills
