Reporting to: Senior Associate, Operations - Nigeria
The Role
The Associate, Operations will support the Operations teams through efficient inventory management; coordinating outbound logistics and providing reports as and when required.
Key Responsibilities for the Role
Collating inventory projections from the Heads of Sales, as well as comparing the projections with the updated pipeline inventory
Preparing Proforma Invoice, Packing lists and other sales/export documents
Daily invoicing of the sold-out units
Coordinating dispatch to ensure same day rides for overnight delivery whilst ensuring that delivery to partners is done within the set timelines
Managing export to partners in West Africa and other countries and preparation of importation orders seamlessly
Ensure document compliance and appropriate Form M number
Ensure timely clearance by following up expeditiously on the clearance process as per the set SLAs with the CHA.
Creating Request for Quotation (RFQ) templates, sending out the RFQs to vendors/suppliers to get price and issuing Purchase Orders (PO) for products and services to selected vendors
Creating and maintaining reports reflecting recurring purchases as well as the prices
Collecting invoice from vendor after confirming all goods or services have been delivered to meet quality expectations or Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Processing vendor payment with finance
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate:
Has a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain / Purchasing and Supplies or any Business oriented course.
Has 2 years’ work experience, preferably FMCG in the supply chain line
Hands-on experience in warehousing and distribution (Last mile)
Ability to work with distributors, sales teams and sales agents to ensure smooth distribution operations
Knowledge and working experience with a robust ERP / WMS (knowledge of SAP materials management module is an added advantage)
Excellent hands-on experience on the use of computer tools (excel /macros /v-lookup /charts /pivot table) for analysis for business
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work remotely under minimal supervision

The Role
The Area Sales Executive will work closely with the Commercial team (Partnership Sales) to serve existing and potential Microfinance Institution partners by providing product and service information, supporting trade activations while resolving product issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities for the Role
Responsible for driving sales across consumer sales channels in the assigned territory.
Branch level inventory management
Receiving client queries and resolving consumer and channel queries with stipulated guidelines and timelines.
Efficiently supporting trade activations and marketing campaigns as per set plans.
Planning and conducting product and sales trainings to partner staff.
Fulfilling within reasonable time aftersales and warranty requirements.
Consolidating reports on competition, routes traveled, branches visited and activated, sales and stock position etc.
Performing any other duties that may be assigned.
Job Requirements
The ideal Area Sales Executive – MFI:
Degree or advanced Diploma in a Business Administration / Sales and Marketing
Two to five years’ hands on work experience in service/ FMCG or Renewable Energy industry
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Strong customer focus and keen to deliver high standards of service
Ready to travel 75% of the time
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and spoken local language corresponding to the area of responsibility (Yoruba / Edo / Igbo / Hausa - as applicable)
Results oriented and able to prioritize measurable objectives.
Possesses an Android phone

Reporting to: Senior Associate - Service Centre Technician
Key Responsibilities for the Role
Performing timely diagnostics and repairs on all customer returns from the assigned area while maintaining a report on all issues observed and the action taken.
Improving on all the existing processes at the Service Centre regularly
Ensuring adoption of best practices for all Sun king products for efficient performance for customers as well as adoption of troubleshooting techniques for partners and other customer facing departments.
Ensuring timely resolution of all customer queries either on phone or walk in customers.
Repairing or replacement within 72 hours maximum
Ensuring thorough spare stock inventory for all components to be published bi-weekly and 100% accuracy on physical vs system values
Efficient reverse logistics on all products that require shipping to the Central Warehouse with keen reference on the e-waste internal policy
Job Requirements
The ideal Service Center Technician:
Has a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma qualification in Electronics / Computer Electronics / Electronics Engineering
Possesses a proficiency certificate/ICDL in Microsoft office suite
Has minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions
Is able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted during work, including Sun king clients
Has good analytical & time management skills
NITA/ERC T2 certification will be considered as an added advantage

The Role
Greenlight Planet is looking for a Sun King Store Executive to be responsible for ensuring that the overall performance targets of the Sun King Store in Akure North is met, both in terms of quality and quantity.
Key Responsibilities for the Role
Stock Management: Receive, store and issue stocks in the shops via the POS system, Angaza and any other system as advised. Single point of contact for all inventory allocated to the area headquarters
Customer Service: Respond to and offer appropriate guidance to all customers (existing, walk-in and prospective customers) ensuring they receive first-class support
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular and ad hoc reports on:
Stock holding - weekly
Store management – System failures, Alarm performance, repairs, security issues etc.
Customer service – Customer complaints, warranty claims, 1st Screening reports etc.
Products available in the field
Asset Management: Safeguard company assets to avoid losses, damage and ensure risk aversion in running the shop facilities.
Store Management: Ensure the shop is presentable always – valid trading licenses, shop cleanliness, floor arrangement, product handling, OSHA audit certificates etc.
Regulatory Compliance: Track and update the headquarters on any changes in regulation that affect the store operations
Sales Operations Support: Provide maximum support to the sales team in stock management, sales generation and maintaining best in class relationships with energy officers and a team leader in the AHQ.
Budgeting and Cost Tracking: Ensure all shop expenses are tracked and reported as directed.
Any other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time
Job Requirements
The ideal Sun King Store Executive:
Has a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Has at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role – preferably in a customer-facing and stock management role.
Possess customer service skills and values the representation of the voice of the customer.
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills – MS Excel skills mandatory.
Experience in the use of technology – smartphone and web-based applications.
Is honest, trustworthy and possesses a high degree of personal integrity and professionalism.
Demonstrates sound judgment, excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, presentation and reporting skills.
