Sales and Marketing Executive

Description

• FinEstate is a real estate investing platform that allows users to take advantage of foreign real estate investment opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet with potential customers or conduct sales visits
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, face to face, networking and social media
• Demonstrate and present product to customers
• Source and establish new signups and paying customers
• Work towards monthly or quarterly targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / OND qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
• Self-motivated and driven by targets
• Resilience
• Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written
• The ability to influence and negotiate with others
• Commercial awareness
• IT and numerical skills.
• Being able to speak more than one local language fluently will also be a useful skill.
