Responsibilities


Responsible for managing the day-to-day HSEQ activities for our offshore Asset(s) in compliance with regulatory and operational requirements as well as managing the Operational Performance Standard for the Asset(s) to ensure that all Safety Critical Elements (SCEs), Production Critical Elements (PCEs) and Environmental Critical Elements (ECEs) are healthy.

Promote OI understanding throughout the Asset organization through strong leadership and workforce engagement.

Strategic management of HSEQ requirements utilizing statistics and trends to prevent incidents

Maintenance of HSE Plan and ensuring that defined targets per period meet and in alignment with the OI Management System requirements.

In charge of Assurance audits and Verification audits, both onshore and offshore, to ensure compliance with the OI Management System standards.

Provide the necessary inputs to OI corporate reports that serve to demonstrate performance and compliance in relation to achieving the objectives of OI.

Maintenance HSE induction material for onshore personnel, aligned with the corporate standard and suitable for the regional specifics and perform HSE inductions for all new onshore personnel.

Review Management of Change and Deviation Requests and facilitate all necessary HAZID and ENVID reviews.

Prepare Technical Queries to request support when needed from the corporate OI departments Perform HSE review of all changes that impact SCE, PCE or ECE functionality or performance.

Review and update the Operational Performance Standard(s) for the Asset(s) to ensure that all offshore checks and assurance activities have been performed correctly and on time, and where barriers are impaired that an Operational Risk Assessment has been performed and adequate mitigation measures are in place.

Perform regular reviews of the Safety Case in line with regulatory requirements.

Maintain Asset(s) Risk Register such that all hazards associated with the ongoing operations of the Asset(s) are identified and the risks associated with these hazards are controlled.

Maintain the Regulatory Compliance, Environmental Aspects and Impacts register, offshore ERP and OPEP aligned with corporate standard and the operating conditions of the Asset(s) Perform role in an emergency as specified by the ERP and OPEP.

Assist with performing security threat assessments for the region and the Asset(s) in cooperation with the Company Security Officer (CSO) and ensure control measures remain effective.

Identifying and facilitating all Formal Safety Assessments and Operational Risk Assessments as well as participate in and support Level 2 and 3 investigations as required.

Develop, maintain and implement an Asset Quality Management Plan, which is aligned with the corporate standard.

Maintenance of Hydrocarbon Release Reduction Plan for each asset, and ensure that the plan is effectively implemented to reduce hydrocarbon releases.

Effective stakeholder management - Act as focal point and liaison for communication to Clients as well as all Regulatory bodies, maintaining Certification and ensuring Regulatory Compliance Perform HSEQ support to MMP.


Desired Skills and Experience


Ideally a Master's Degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Technical, Marine or Process Engineering.

Formal qualifications in health and safety management Experience.

Minimum of 10 years in the offshore FPSO industry.

Procedures and documentation development and review.

Internal and vendor prequalification auditing Interpersonal skills.

Team player with the ability to lead.

Proactive and able to work independently, applying a structured and systematic approach.

Strong communication skills; able to ask relevant questions and provide thorough explanations.

Able to deliver high quality work on time Able to research practical solutions to operational challenges.

Able to work in a multidisciplinary, multinational environment.

Fluent in the English language (oral and written) Knowledge.

Classification Society and Flag State rules and regulations, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, etc.

Manage diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders representing one or more areas on a project, program or special initiative.

Lead and guide the design and development of knowledge transfer processes and tools required for the creation, collation, storage, retrieval and dissemination of knowledge assets.

Ensure the organization is fully fit and leveraged to proactively support the continuous adoption of business processes and systems.

Lead and support End User Opinion Survey initiatives.


Service Excellence:


Lead team members to research potential change requests, issues and problems, analyze options and implement selected items.

Audit results for efficiency, improved quality, or speed.

Key contact and liaison point to manage the resolution of operational issues.

Monitor the output of the teams and service centers, and ensures key objectives are achieved.

Responsible for multiple key project segments as designated but could include system configuration, process and code analysis, development, cutover planning, performance.

Communicate and coordinate communication of issue status for escalations, including senior leaders and periodically review and monitor to identify improvements.

Liaise with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the availability and reliability of application architecture and in alignment with enterprise architecture.


Process Excellence:


Ensure critical processes are identified, defined, documented, and proactively managed.

Coordinate and/or assign responsibility for process changes, capture and translate business requirements to functional requirements and high-level design.

Lead team to create supporting functional design, development estimates, risk and mitigation plans, and recommendations.

Lead team to recommend options with supporting material or data points.

Collaborate on process improvements to increase work quality, efficiency, or agility.


Project Execution:


Accountable for small to medium-sized enhancements, and lead complex and/or multiple functional solutions simultaneously.

Oversee delivery of SAP Excellence work products supporting enhancement, project or program work as an overall business accountable manager.

Establish delivery activities as needed to support projects, special initiatives or large programs, working in partnership with Business Process Owners to identify and monitor assigned resources.

Ensure the participation and engagement of all teams, functions, or external vendors needed to deliver initiatives.

Evaluate for effectiveness and expand or contract groups included.

Accountable for project estimation, work scheduling, delivery, end to end vendor engagement lifecycle, including RFI/RFP evaluations, contract development, and review, termination of services.


Organizational Change & Transformation Excellence:


Champion the overall coordination of the culture and change management processes, setting, measuring and tracking relevant transformation KPIs i.e. end-user change maturity, adoption, utilization, and proficiencies.

Oversee the development and implementation of detailed process performance management (e.g. PPIs).

Provide regular reports and updates to the Process & Systems Excellence Council (P&SEC), and guiding the change impact strategy and implementation.

Organize regular brainstorming sessions with implementation teams to facilitate delivery and execution and the resolution of implementation challenges as they arise.


Governance Excellence:


Establish project communication to drive special initiatives or programs.

Identify the right teams, business groups, or external parties for inclusion.

Establish meeting cadences as needed to support overall communication.

Monitor or facilitate status communication and reporting for all initiatives in the work area.

Partner with Process Excellence Council members to drive awareness of status, opportunities, risks, and issues of the project across the stakeholder population.

Connect with manufacturing industry standards, or similar best practices within SAP applications, and development of business cases in identifying process improvement opportunities.

Liaise with the Internal Control team to ensure that system and process governance assessments operate in a controlled and effective manner.


Systems & Data:


Impose rigor, discipline, and control on the adoption of data quality standards across business operations.

Ensures that relevant, accurate, and timely process management information is available.

Ensures the complete integrity of data throughout.

In conjunction with the impact on associated areas.

Provide leadership & direction working cross-functionally in all the processes to drive to high-quality reliable data & procedures.


Desired Skills and Experience


B.Sc in any relevant discipline (Masters level education will be an added advantage)

Minimum 5 years degree in IT or equivalent experience (preferably with a business consulting background)

8 to 10 years of SAP implementation experience, including SAP project lead/management experience

Possess requisite certifications and standards (e.g. PMP, PRINCE 2, ACMP, and PROSCI)

Strong understanding of manufacturing concepts and processes

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple system development projects in a multi-platform environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving, excellent written/oral communication and

Experience with business process and systems transformation deployments across multiple applications and processes.

Good knowledge and practice in project management, implementation and change management
