Responsibilities
Be responsible for Huawei IP/ Datacom products network design, the Pre-sales in the field of IP/ Datacom Network Product in Nigeria.
IP network architecture design, pre-sale solution discussion with Clients.
IP network evaluation and consultant service for clients.
Validate and quantify clients pain points/issues and business drivers, confirm Huawei's technical viability for the opportunity, understand the customer alternatives proposal.
Design and deployment of all types of IP/ Datacom Network Elements. such as IP Core/IGW/IP RAN/DCN/Firewall etc.
Training, mentoring and product knowledge and skills transfer to other technical support engineers.
Conduction of trainings for clients, subcontractors or service partners.
Summarize network sorted out issues and output case or product solutions on Huawei knowledge base.
Design communications diagrams and solution based on clients requirements.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Science and technology/Management, Electronics science, Tele-communication, or related discipline
10 years technical experience in an enterprise environment .
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Data Communication /IP field and Networking
Have IP Core/IP RAN/Data Center/Security network technical director experience, familiar with telecom provider network architecture.
Good understanding of Datacom, Solid experience of IP, MPLS, BGP/MP-BGP, traffic engineering, SDN and IP network design.
Have network technical director experience, familiar with telecom provider network architecture.
Experienced with operators, other telecoms equipment suppliers or system integration suppliers or system integration suppliers is an advantage.
Understand the procedure of telecommunication project implementation and maintenance procedure.
Good service spirit and strong communication skills.
CCIE/JNCIE certified

Support the customers in all technical aspects and improve the work relationship.

At least 5 years technical expereince in a complex Telecommunications environment or with a large ISP network . Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Networking.
Good understanding of Network, Solid experience of IP, MPLS, BGP/MP-BGP, WDM, Microwave, traffic engineering, SDN and IP network design.
Have network technical director experience, familiar with telecom provider network architecture.
Experienced with operators, other telecoms equipment suppliers or system integration suppliers or system integration suppliers is an advantage.

Responsibilities
Undertake the sales target of the customer, gain insight into business opportunities based on the strategy and regional business objectives, participate in developing and implementing the development strategy.
Develop, nurture, and maintain Huawei cloud key Customers, and build the relationship.
Implement specific actions on developing, nurturing, motivating, supporting, brand building, and providing technical enablement for customers in the region.
Provide technical support for public cloud projects to ensure the implementation of PoC test of the solution and service migration to the cloud.
Integrate internal and external resources, help customers to achieve goals effectively and win-win outcomes with Huawei cloud.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Science and technology / Business Management, Electronics science and other related relevant fields.
Industry understanding of the public cloud. Major industries such as finance, media,Internet, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Solution capability: Be able to understand and explain mainstream public cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, big data IOT, and EI);
Business expansion capability: Be able to identify accurately, expand, and penetration of the opportunities;
Wide experience/ use of AWS,Azure,Google clould.
Understanding of cloud migration of the application.Familiar with one or more technical fields: Public cloud, IaaS, PaaS, container/Docker, HPC, IOT, AI, cloud storage, and disaster recovery.
Familiar with the methodology and key points of customer and channel development.
Knowledge about project support and customer technical solution communication.
Knowledge about organization, training and project management.

Responsibilities
Responsible for Huawei Nigeria IT Market insight and IT Market expansion Strategy development such as storage, HCI, Server, Cloud computing.
Responsible for Huawei Nigeria IT business development, IT workshop, IT director/CIO/CTO level customer relationship maintenance.
Responsible for IT Cloud architecture design,pre-sale solution discussion with customer(CXO or GM level).
IT&cloud evaluation and consultant service for customer.
Responsible for Huawei Nigeria IT ecological development.
Cooperate with channel partners to develop IT market, enable channel partners’ pre-sales skills.
Manage and archive key milestones in IT projects with respective to tenders and writing proposals, identify project risks, resolve project issues etc.
Training, mentoring and product knowledge and skills transfer to other technical support engineers.
Conduction of trainings for customers, subcontractors or service partners.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Science and technology/Management, Electronics science, Tele-communication, or related discipline.
At least 6 years pre-sales experiences, familiar with Nigeria IT market and main industry such as FSI, public sector, Oil & Gas and so on.
Experienced with business development and market insight analysis is an advantage.
High-end Pre-sales with deep IT skills, such as Storage, HCI, Server, Cloud Computing.
Storage, HCI, Server, Cloud Computing sales experience with excellent sales performance.
More than one year experience in team management.
Familiar with OEM technologies and sales experience is an advantage.
Work experiences in Telecommunications environment /OEM Companies and /or with a large ISP /IT provider.
