Job Summary
As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will work alongside a small team and oversees the overarching aspects of the restaurant, which include cleaning of all areas, including the dining area and restrooms, ensuring smooth operation of activities in the eatery and maintaining relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures all products are available and displayed at required times (in line with display schedule).
Create a good communication link with kitchen staff to ensure the right products comes out quickly.
Ensure that staff are conversant with product portions, prices and codes.
Ensures sales entries are correctly entered and receipts are issued to customer before money is collected.
To ensure the punctuality and time keeping of your team to meet requirements.
Maintain and guarantee an excellent level of hygiene at all the time
Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints.
Ensure that all staff are at their designated work area and absenteeism is promptly detected and addressed.
Send daily report of activities to manager.
Qualifications
A University Degree or its equivalent
Must have prior experience in hospitality industry, preferably a restaurant or hotel
Firm, decisive and energetic,
Customer-oriented.

The kitchen/ production supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a small army of kitchen staff and overseeing the day to day running of the kitchen, including cleaning the equipment, checking supplies and rotating food stock.
Supervises and coordinates activities of food preparation, kitchen, pantry, and storeroom personnel and utilizing food surpluses and leftovers.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and co-ordination of kitchen staff and activities
Making sure the kitchen is safe and in hygienic conditions at all times
Organizing the inventory, storage, and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies
Helping to plan menus, apportion ingredients and use food surpluses
Control portion costs by working out the number of portions per food batch
Supervises cooks, tastes, smells, and observes food to ensure conformance with recipes and appearance standards.
Qualifications
A University Degree or its equivelent
Must have a commercial cooking experience preferably for a restaurant or hotel, a vocational training in catering will be an added advantage although not compulsory.
Management or supervisory experience will be an added advantage

Job Description
Site reconnaissance for proposed new site
Design and drawing conceptualization for new outlet, including equipment electrical ceiling layout.
Carry assignments to completion with considerable independence in accordance with project objectives, professional standards, and policies and procedures
Inspect and supervises the inspection of construction projects while in progress and upon completion for adherence to plans and specification; advises contractors on the interpretation of plans and specifications; approves minor designs changes in the course of the construction; reviews contractors’ requests for payment.
Conducts research and special studies pertaining to buildings and facilities development and maintenance; prepares reports and recommendations for the review of a superior.
Prepares materials, writes construction specifications, and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
Wall elevations and detailed construction drawings
Assist in visual presentations (interiors and exteriors) for club and eatery
Knowledge on site supervision and project management
Qualifications
OND / BSc in Architecture or Environmental Design.
Incumbent generally has 1 -2 years of experience as an architect with at least one years of Architectural internship experience. Some field experience required.
Functional and Technical Skills, Action-Oriented, Thoroughness, Innovation, demonstrated AUTOCAD, REVIT and Corel Draw competency is a MUST.
Other software will be an added advantage.
Candidate should also come with portfolio of his previous project

Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
Oversees and administers the operations of a store. Receives, identifies and verifies merchandise. Provides information to and assists customers.
Maintains inventory. Uses inventory management software. Prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock.
Maintains files appropriate to the activities of the unit, such as invoices, order number, receiving date, shipping date, etc. Prepares reports.
Verifies ledgers, statements and supporting documents.
Handles and stores merchandise or special products that require some knowledge of spontaneous combustion, toxicity, fragility, rapid deterioration, contamination, etc.
According to requirements and established procedures, arranges stock. In case of emergency or in order to replace outdated products, suggests substitutes available in the store.
Oversees the delivery of merchandise following an established schedule and coordinates special deliveries by transmitting the necessary details to the persons concerned.
Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
Update procurement team on status of stock to avoid stock-out
Maintains equipment and instruments. Ensures cleanliness of work areas.
Qualifications
The candidate should possess the following qualities:
A BSc / HND from any reputable institution
Should have a minimum of 2 years experience as storekeeper.
Basic computer and report writing skills

Collating, checking and analyzing stock items
