Description
Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the designated executive(s), managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the executive(s) and internal/external stakeholders, responding to emails, calls, and inquiries.
Documentation: Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, and accommodations, and creating itineraries.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, both virtual and in-person, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
Task Prioritization: Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication
skills.
Tech-savvy: Proficient in office software and comfortable using virtual collaboration tools.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
