Principal Accountabilities:
Reports to SC Fuel Management Lead
Job Responsibilities:
Provide daily fuel stock accounting and reporting.
Prepare monthly charge back to customers account for all issued within the month.
Manage customer Fuel requests in FMS & SAP for proper accountability and accounting.
Dispensing and accounting of fuel handling services,
Ensuring compliance with HSSE standards as required for Fuel Management operations.
Unsafe Act / Unsafe Condition reporting
Data gathering and analyses.
Maintain data base and conduct trend analysis.
Work Experience
4 years’ experience in Fuel Management Operations
Technical Skills
Operations of video systems
Understanding of Fuel Management Procedures and Processes
Use of productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word)
HSE
UA/UC Reporting - Knowledge
ILSR - Awareness
Goal Zero – Awareness
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
Permit to Work Holder
Certified Gas Tester
Compliance with Ethics and Compliance requirements
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Have good relational abilities – requirements to ensure working cordial relationship with key stakeholders.
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment, and work under pressure.
Has excellent analytical skills and appreciates technical challenges.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Effective managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
Demonstrate high level of resilience.
Customer Management
