Aegle in-house clinical support team are responsible for training, supporting and looking after all of our doctors including formal reviews and audits to ensure our doctors are providing the highest quality of patient care.

Role responsibilities:
Deliver digital consultations via video and telephone to patients.
Undertake virtual health reviews with patients and issue prescriptions or referrals where necessary.
Take part in the end to end journey for patient users who have diagnostic tests with virtual specialist reviews. Maintain patient records with detail, accuracy, and speed.
Flexible approach and ability to prioritize work tasks effectively.
Clinical admin (actioning specialist letters and investigations, including blood results and imaging reports).
Requirements:
Degree in Medicine.
Have two to five years of relevant clinical post qualification experience.
Registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria with a valid license to practice. Good clinical judgment built up over relevant clinical experience.
Curious and open to new developments within medicine, and digital health.
Diligent and good at interpreting and adhering to guidelines.
High level of digital proficiency.
Good at prioritizing workload.
Good interpersonal skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong clinical leadership, continual audit and quality improvement work.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the business.
