This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Strategy Associate located in Abuja.
The Senior Strategy Associate will be responsible for conducting market and industry research, developing and implementing strategies, consulting on business matters, and creating presentations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-8yrs relevant work experience in consulting, strategy in financial services industry
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and insights to inform decision making
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Experience in consulting or advising on business matters
Proficiency in conducting market and industry research
Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create compelling and persuasive presentations
Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
Experience working in the financial industry or with MSMEs is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams
