They are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospitals, by establishing strong relationships and providing product information
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
Conduct presentations and educational programs to healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and proper usage
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and capitalize on market opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on market needs and product improvements
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and market intelligence using CRM tools
Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote company products
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
Proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and the healthcare industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
