Requirements
A candidate should possess any of the following qualification:


Master's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education Administration and Planning or any related area obtained from a recognized institution with at least three (3) years post qualification cognate experience, plus evidence of Computer literacy.

First Degree not below second class honours (lower division) in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education Administration and Planning or any related area obtained from a recognized institution, with at least five (5) years post qualification cognate experience, plus evidence of Computer literacy.

In addition, a candidate shall be subjected to an interview that may require writing competency examination.
