Job Description
Plan and execute landscaping operations and maintain grounds and landscapes
Prepare and grade terrain, apply fertilizer, mow and sod lawns, transplant shrubs and plants, using manual and power operated equipment
Plan lawns and plants, cultivate them using gardening implements and power operated equipment • Locate and plant shrubs, trees, and flowers recommended for specific landscape effect.
Mow and trim lawns, using hand mower and power mower
Trim shrubs and cultivate gardens
Clean the grounds, using rakes, brooms, and hose. Dispose of gardening waste appropriately
Spray trees and shrubs, apply supplemental liquid and dry nutrients to lawns and trees.
Maintain moisture levels
Check the health of plants by identifying and controlling pests or diseases
Clean and maintain tools and equipments
Other similar or related duties
Requirements
Minimum of 5years extensive gardening experience
Knowledge of gardening techniques
Knowledge of plant and flower care techniques
Precision and attention to details
Health and physical fitness

Description
The Assistant Ministry Administrator works with the Ministry Administrator to ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations at the ministry. The Ministry is not a church, it is a large Christian fellowship.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in administering the business affairs of the Ministry, working with members and staff to achieve the objectives of the church.
Daily management of the Ministry office, the coordination of all human resources, finance, accounting, facilities, maintenance, operations, events scheduling, purchasing and the church’s technology systems.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Assist with weekday operation of the Ministry office to help ensure the website, programs and calendars are updated; bulletins are published, and newsletters are published and distributed.
Provide support during all activities of the monthly and quarterly Retreats held by the Ministry.
Daily management of the Ministry office, including all non-ministerial staff.
Maintenance of all office equipment and computer systems by the Technicians.
Ensure the Ministry’s compliance with federal and state labor laws.
Provide support for the Ministry Finances in the receipt, deposit and disbursement of all church funds.
Make purchases and maintain vendor relationships.
Works with the Group Accountant to assure all tax reports are promptly paid and timely filed.
Open, review and route bills to the correct person or group and secure money and in coming checks.
Develops and administers policies and procedures concerning the use of all Ministry properties, and facilities regarding coordinating meetings and activities.
Maintains an inventory of church property and equipment.
Perform all administrative duties when the Ministry Administrator is absent.
Requirements
HND or B.Sc in Social Sciences, Administration or a related field
At least two (2) years’ experience with a Christian organization.
Must be born again and attend a bible believing church.
Must be computer literate
People management skills
High level written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain exceptional levels of attention to detail under pressure
Strong team management skills with experience of working in disparate teams.

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement while adhering to client requirements and proper procurement practices.
Track orders from placement through delivery.
Maintain status report.
Prepare, issue and evaluate standard procurement documents including bid lists, request for quotation and commercial bid evaluation.
Inspect goods upon delivery to ensure that the standards of quality are met and the appropriate quantity has been received
Working with vendors to secure the appropriate goods and coordinate delivery.
Responsible for inspecting materials for both quality and quantity.
Work with vendors to determine a reasonable rate and to coordinate the timing and means of delivery
Handle any related to vendor service, such as poor product quality or delivery delays
Find solutions to budget limitations, vendor errors, and other problems as they arise
Keep an inventory of goods on hand
Weekly and monthly reporting for management.
Requirements
Minimum B.Sc / HND equivalent in recognized institution
2 years experience in expediting role. Oil and Gas sector experience is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Freight and Forwarding.
