Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Manager located in Jos.
The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospitality operations, including managing internal and external customer service, food and beverage, travels, accommodation and overall guest satisfaction.
The Hospitality Manager will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service expertise
Experience in food and beverage operations, including menu development and kitchen management
Strong hospitality background and familiarity with industry trends
Training and staff development experience
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
Relevant professional certifications (such as Food Safety or Hotel Management) (preferred)
Familiarity with local culture and customs (preferred)
