Job Summary
To ensure that internal controls are set, maintained and improved upon as required throughout the organization
To provide leadership to the IT Audit team to ensure effective monitoring of internal controls across business units
Job Responsibilities
Plan and ensure efficient & effective implementation of a set of assigned IT Audit engagements over the course of a year Take steps to mitigate project risks, and identify strengths and improvements required for future IT projects.
Facilitate the evaluation of data controls, integrity checks, and audit trails of operational information systems.
Perform routine and special audits of information technology infrastructure, and business application systems to ensure adequacy of internal controls in accordance with professional standards.
Manage the organisation-wide IT audits
Oversee the evaluation of controls on IT infrastructure and data protection as well as the effectiveness of information security.
Develop auditing program to offer comprehensive audit coverage within the organization.
Manage the development of the IT audit plan
Analyze risks associated with IT processes and assess the effectiveness of the internal control systems.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
A first Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline
Should possess a Master’s Degree in Computer Science or any IT related discipline
Professional Qualification:
Possession of at least one of the following certifications is required: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified IT Professional (CITP
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 10 years IT Audit work experience
Minimum of 5 years experience with a top-tier Audit firm.
Experience across multiple industries/markets e.g. Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities etcetera. International work experience is an added advantage
Competence Requirement:
Understanding of Networking systems and computer database.
Good knowledge of Accounting principles and standards.
Knowledge of internal auditing standards, responsibilities, code of ethics, and certification.
Knowledge of audit tools.

Job Summary
Manage DCP’s liquidity and cash flow ensuring business needs are met in a cost effective and prudent manner.
Manage and oversee funds requests, transfers and payment processing and relationship management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the plant’s daily cash flows/ liquidity and ensure availability of funds to meet the company’s operations and all likely contingencies.
Prepare cash forecasts and manage cash flows/cycles ensuring availability of adequate funds to meet DCP’s daily operational requirements.
Identify the need and request for funds from Group Treasury as required.
Recommend strategies for raising necessary funds to facilitate the realisation of the Plant’s operational and corporate objectives.
Validate all supplier and vendor payments and ensure that all requests for payment are supported with valid invoices/ receipts and other supporting documents in line with DCP’s financial policies.
Oversee the disbursement of cash ensuring compliance with defined policies and procedures.
Establish and manage relationships with key bankers and investors.
Participate/ provide inputs in the review of DCP’s bankers ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Manage the unit’s budget, review and approve expenditures as defined in the approved manual of authority
Continually identify new banking service opportunities and provide recommendations and/ or business case for adoption of such services.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head, Plant Finance.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics or other related discipline.
Relevant professional certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA).
Minimum of ten (10) years relevant work experience.

Job Summary
Assist in coordinating DCP’s cost accounting, cost of sales analysis, product costing and variance analysis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date and accurate production data including raw materials consumed in production, production quantity, down time, etc.
Generate variance analysis of planned vs. actual activity rates and standard prices on a monthly basis and investigate variances.
Plan standard product costs including cost of activities for each month based on approved actual values for the previous month.
Allocate costs for central or joint expenditure to relevant cost centres in line with DCP’s cost allocation policies.
Allocate direct operating and overhead costs across products for the purpose of evaluating and controlling product pricing, profitability, and trends.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Team Lead, Management Accounting.
Perform period closing and related activities for product costing.
Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory liability accounts.
Ensure timely submission, accuracy and validity of inventory, gross margin schedules to the Team Lead, Management Accounting.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related discipline.
Relevant professional qualifications such as ACA, CIMA, CPA, ACCA will be an added advantage.
Minimum of ten (10) years relevant work experience.
Key Requirements:
Basic knowledge of accounting packages and systems, including SAP.
