Key Responsibilities:


Identify various funding opportunities and design the required proposal for opportunities.

Identify opportunities for partnerships and innovation to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

Conducting research, collecting and analysis of data for projects.

Working closely with the finance team to design budgets for proposals.

Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, risk assessment and Monitoring and Evaluation.

Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and challenges.

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Utilize basic data skills to analyze project metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.

Proactively initiate and drive improvement cycles and growth projects for the program.

Continuously identify process improvements and best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Prepare report and action plans in line with the accepted standard.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Program Manager

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive and self-driven attitude, with a strong focus on delivering results and a "get things done" attitude
