JOB DESCRIPTION
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Develop and implement a social media content calendar aligned with the company's marketing objectives and campaigns.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for engagement within the agricultural and commodity sector.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative social media campaigns that increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Generate reports on social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to suggest strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Assist in the creation and coordination of visual content, such as graphics and videos, to enhance social media presence.
Support the development of influencer partnerships and engagement strategies.
Contribute to the growth of the company's online community by fostering meaningful interactions and connections.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Passion for agriculture, sustainability, and agri-commodities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
