Roles and Responsibilities
As Fleet Operations Officer, the selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing fleet operations and partner vehicle acquisitions in their assigned locations.
The key responsibilities include:
Operational Oversight: Supervise day-to-day fleet operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules. Monitor routes, schedules, and vehicle maintenance for optimal performance.
Partner Vehicle Acquisition: Collaborate with third-party logistics vendors for the acquisition of fleets and documentation.
Client Management: Liaise with clients to understand their demands and expectations.
Foster efficient fleet operations and acquisition in the respective regions.
Check that invoices received are accurate, and is in line with job order and within budget.
Send weekly report to Head of Admin on the health of the fleets and other related issues arising from the fleet monitoring system.
Ensure and implement fleet management
Any other duties as directed by the Unit Head.
Requirements
First Degree
Must have a minimum of 2 years similar work experience
Must have excellent negotiating skills
Must have excellent communication and people skills
Must have relationship management skills
