PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To support the achievement of BU goals by providing effective assistance for efficient milling operations
THE JOB
Monitor and take measurement of wheat and wheat products level in the storage silos.
Coordinate the sampling and analyzing of flour streams.
Support mill maintenance activities and monitor the milling process to achieve optimum performance.
Manage the process of taking chemical draw rate.
Ensure compliance of safety standards within the milling environment.
Maintain good housekeeping & hygiene of the mill.
Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management Safety (FSMS) rules.
Perform all other operational and administrative milling tasks as required.
THE PERSON MUST
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
Have good time management skills and be result oriented.
Have keen attention to detail.
QUALIFICATION
5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings/ NABTEB.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
