A fast rising e-hailing business with head office in Abuja is looking for the following for immediate employment:
• Accounting Officer
• Project Manager
• IT Personnel
1. Accounting Officer:
Maintaining and reviewing financial records.
Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
Ability to Prepare budget
Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.
Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A degree in accounting or similar.
2 – 5 years working experience as an Accounting Officer.
Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
Administration skills.
Sound interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.

2. I T Personnel
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks etc
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field, preferred
I T Certifications is an added advantage,
4 - 7 years of experience in a similar role
Experience troubleshooting systems
Skilled in database programming and software installation and Configurations
Knowledge of range of software and hardware
Excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Project Manager
Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
Conducting risk assessments for projects
Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, Advanced degree is an added advantage.
10 years’ experience in project management and other related experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Added advantage
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
