Qualifications and Experience:
HND/BSc in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in business development and operations management, specifically in the logistics and delivery services sector.
Strong understanding of rider operations and logistics processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
