We are looking to hire a competent Medical Sales Reps with marketing experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
Ensuring the regional sales and non-sales objectives of the company are achieved and surpassed.
Achieving the volume and margin growth for the region within the period (quarter).
Supervise, lead and manage the sales team members to achieve their objectives.
Develop and manage channel members to ensure effective distribution and extensive availability of company products.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
The incumbent will be responsible for detailing to doctors, pharmacist etc. to support sales.
Requirements
BSc sciences in Pharmacist
A minimum of 3-5 years' Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry with marketing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
