Description
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including investors, developers, brokers, and property managers
Qualify and nurture leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing
Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
Negotiate and close deals
Track and report on sales performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
