Position Description
The job holder will be responsible for making sure all and distribution sales targets are met within the designated sales area or territory.
Candidate should have an existing experience, pool & understanding of the wholesalers & distributors in designated area / markets.
Roles & Responsibility
Grow Omnibiz revenue in their assigned territory
Grow distribution width & depth in the designated sales area
Manage primary & secondary sales revenue to distributors, sub-distributors & wholesalers respectively
Create awareness in their designated geographies
Find new distributors, sub-distributors & wholesalers and constantly grow the business
Monitor sales data and keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs which includes customer queries and complaints
Ensure availability of stocks in all outlets across rage
Ensure that distributor agents and retail outlets focus on Omnibiz products
Relations building between Omnibiz and its partners
Be aware of all competitive activities within the territory
KPIs
Meet sales Quotas / targets
Resolve client queries and issues
Desired Skills and Experience
A university or higher institution degree
Previous Sales experience with demonstrable and success successful sales track record
Relevant industry background will be an added advantage
Previous working experience in a rapid sales growth environment
Previous working experience in FMCG industry with wholesalers & sub-distributors is key
An ability to build relationships with people at all levels
