Requirements
Proven experience in security operations, preferably in the industrial sector
Rank of Brigadier General in the Army or equivalent
Minimum 20 years of experience in industrial security, Government Intelligence Agencies, or Armed Forces
Sound knowledge and understanding of security systems and law enforcement practices
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop effective security strategies
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders, both internal and external
