Required to conduct individual/ group counseling and mentorship sessions to advise and assist students and pupils with academic and vocational development as well as work and cooperate with parents, teachers and external partners to identify and remedy behavioral problems.


Requirements


Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Guidance Counseling

Professional membership of Counselors Association of Nigeria.

NYSC Certificate of National Service or letter of exemption.

At least 3 years post NYSC working experience as a Counselor in an academic environment

Excellent communication, listening and emotional intelligence skills.

Leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Computer knowledge, skill and literacy
