Requirements
Candidates should possess Ph.D. from a recognized institution in any of the following areas: Sociology, Criminology, Security Studies, Peace and Conflict Resolution, Intelligence, Mass Communication, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Taxation, Finance, Investment Management, Securities and Investment Management, Political Science, International Relations and Diplomacy OR related areas of specialization, with at least seven (7) years of experience in teaching and research, preferably in a university system or similar institutions;
Successful candidates should be able to develop new programmes, conduct research independently and have proven supervisory and administrative capabilities and must also show evidence of acceptable scholarly publications in reputable National and International journals
Computer knowledge and application are mandatory; candidates are expected to have good knowledgeable about the operation of a University system; and
Membership of professional bodies (where applicable) is an added advantage.
