IT Support Officer

Description

• Tempkers Limited is a Human Resource Company with a focus to help CEOs and Executives build a profitable business by recruiting and retaining valuable Staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Test out new technology

• Possibly train junior staff
• To ensure that all system and process issues and incidents are logged and tracked using formal documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications or related field
• 2 years Relevant Work Experience
• Certification in Database Administration or Development.
• Demonstrable experience in Project Management
• Good understanding of current IT security and Data protection standards.
