Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all operations activities at the ICT Hub
To plan with the board of directors on committee function and fund development activities.
Set up files to ensure that all information of projects undertaken by the Hub is appropriately documented and secured
Execute and manage operation activities of all new initiatives
Actively interact with other project staff to share case studies and best practice on the knowledge system
Support in designing appropriate program interventions based on the outcome of the assessment and context.
Ensure effective cost management.
Prepare monthly reports to headquarters on Admin, Accounts and general activities.
Design annual reports, brochures, Power Point presentations and other marketing material.
Qualification:
Degree in relevant filed
Experience
:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Competence:
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills;
Thorough understanding of confidentiality.
