Accurately input product information into the supermarket's database
Cross-check the received products against invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy in data entry.
Regularly update product prices in the database, including sale prices and promotional offers.
Maintain an up-to-date record of inventory levels to assist in stock replenishment and ordering.
Ensure the data entered is complete, consistent, and free from errors.
Organize and maintain electronic and hardcopy records of invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents.
Collaborate with the stock officers and procurement teams to resolve discrepanciesMaintain the confidentiality of sensitive information contained in the database.
Fast and accurate typing skills, with a high level of data entry accuracy.
Exceptional attention to detail to avoid errors in product information.
Proficiency in using data entry software, Microsoft Excel, and inventory management systems.
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment.
Effective communication skills to liaise with other departments
