Maurice Xandra Solutions Limited is a management consulting company that renders quality services in Human Resource, Management and Process improvement. MXS Limited was set up to provide high quality, up to date training, team management and process improvement services for its clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Updating account receivable and issue invoices.
- Act as backup accounts payable
- Responsible for reconciling ledgers monthly and quarterly
- Familiar with various subsidiary books of account
- Responsible for generating reports of financial status information.
- Budget and budgetary control.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Candidate must have 2 years and above experience in a large sized accounting firm
- Proficiency with a computer knowledge generally
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and various accounting software programs
- Candidate must have a keen attention to details
- Candidate must be an excellent problem solver
- Candidate must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to carry out any other responsibilities or assignments given by the Senior Accountant.
