Andela is evolving at lightning speed and we are looking for a Creative Director who can keep up. As a key member of our Marketing organization, you’ll play an integral role in Andela’s public brand and image to expand our business globally.
You’ll manage the design and brand teams and work closely with the rest of the organization to ensure that we have a cohesive look and voice across all assets.
You’ll leverage your skills to build a stellar brand experience that resonates with both of our customers; clients and talent.
General Responsibilities
Develop creative strategy to bring our brand personality to life
Manage and grow the brand and design teams
Collaborate closely with all parts of the organization to ensure that our story and value proposition are clearly resonating with our target audiences
Create and maintain a first-class design org that can accommodate the company’s needs in a fast-paced and growing environment
Own and maintain asset, brand design, and key messaging libraries
Monitor, analyze and communicate results on a regular basis
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients/talent and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication and design strategy surrounding them
Qualifications
Background in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism and other relevant fields.
A minimum of 5 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies.
A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
Exceptional writing and editing skills (US English)
Excellent written and verbal communication with a tendency to over-document and over-communicate: we are fully remote, so this is very important!

Andela is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the Client Growth, marketing team! As a key member of our Marketing organization, you’ll play an integral role in developing Andela’s paid acquisition growth strategy.
As a T-shaped marketer, you will be excited to build a center of performance marketing excellence in-house as your specialism: owning paid channel experimentation across AARRR (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue) and drive client growth, whilst also remaining curious about new, alternative levers to drive growth.
General Responsibilities
Hypothesize, launch and optimize paid activities across new and existing channels
Own objectives and key results (OKR's) for each quarter (e.g. customer acquisition costs/return on ad spend / cost per click / clickthrough rate), achieving a sustainable paid acquisition and activation program
Launch campaigns in-house, and with external agencies to support a suite of activities that are aligned to our north star metric(s)
Be a strong collaborator, working with our internal experts across the marketplace: creative, content, product, and sales to develop campaigns
Develop meaningful performance marketing dashboards, reports, and internal enablement
Align paid activities with our inbound and account based marketing strategy, with a focus on acquiring and activating key targets and accounts
Establish an experimentation program for continuous improvement.

In the first three months:
Deliver your near to mid-term AARRR targets
Start to have a program of alternate growth levers
Partnered with central website team to have a cadence of experimentation
Optimizations: discover market opportunities and make recommendations for Inbound content creation
Develop regionalized strategies for growth
In the first six months:
To have documented experiment learnings and start to act as a market intelligence expert for the user (account) intent and search behavior
Aligned efforts with the Andela marketplace to share best practices and efficiencies
Starting to run experiments within new target regions
Total understanding of Attribution for within each channel
In the first year:
Continuously strive to scale and improve our channel activities and its processes, meeting the growing needs of the business and our users.
Have account strategies and foundations in place for new territories.
Qualifications
5+ years of Performance Marketing experience in a fast-paced digital environment for a technical company (ideally product led growth SaaS), talent marketplace, or digital services space
Growth mindset, with experience working in a culture of experimentation and data-driven marketing
Experience in generating high-yield paid acquisition with measurable ROI
Proven track record of managing and scaling budgets
Certified in Google and Facebook Ads is a plus
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure leading and lagging metrics
Ability to generate repeatable playbooks is a must

Position Description
We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our rapidly growing organization to manage upcoming M&A activities.
In this role the successful applicant will be accountable for successfully running the integrations, change, transformation and migration of newly acquired companies within the Andela organization. This will include deals spanning the whole of the business and partnering with stakeholders in all areas of the business.
You will work closely with stakeholders across various business units including product, marketing, finance, legal, HR, Data, Revenue and IT to define Day 1 Readiness activities and execute full integration of new acquisitions or partnerships.
The successful candidate must be able to exhibit high levels of learning agility, as well as be able to deliver results in extremely challenging circumstances with very tight timelines all while operating under strict confidentiality.
We’re looking for someone who is a natural leader, has the ability to create processes and procedures where there are none, put in place new program frameworks for M&A specifically, and who can manage multiple projects in various stages of completion. We need problem solvers, self-starters, creative thinkers, multitaskers, and people who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty - you must be able to adapt and ready for constant change as we scale

General Responsibilities
Partner with business unit leaders across the organization to clearly and holistically define and document all activities and tasks needed in preparation for any new acquisitions or partnerships
Lead Day 1 Readiness activities across the company, acting as the leader/expert in absorbing new organizations and staff
Build strong relationships with partner organizations as we blend processes, systems, and businesses and demonstrate the ability to influence without express authority
Track milestones, manage task/project dependencies, manage and monitor task progress, handoffs, and deliverable status through our project management tool, Smartsheet
Manage all issues & risks related to the project, provide recommendations for solutions/mitigation, proactively escalate, and facilitate resolution
Conduct Due Diligence analysis, complete necessary documentation, and assist in preparing and presenting recommendations to executive leadership
Maintain communication and reporting for all M&A activities, providing transparency to all levels of the business, specifically inter-departmental stakeholders, ensuring alignment and project consistency
Present integration progress to executive management at regular intervals
Facilitate business process discussions, document process diagrams and governance implications to support business and technology changes
Act as change management champion, in partnership with internal communications, while keeping the idea of creating repeatable and scalable processes and deliverables at the forefront
Coordinate and manage third-party vendors, when applicable
Establish and maintain credibility with all stakeholders and executive leadership by delivering on what you say you are going to do
Help drive common and repeatable approaches that make it simpler for the teams and leaders, allowing them to focus on big picture problems.
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive roles in global program or project management roles
Previous M&A or related integration management experience, required
Experience working in a technology company, ideally with marketplace foundations, preferred
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of the technologies and tools used in the full Andela tech stack including, but not limited to, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Smartsheet, Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Figma, Looker, Marketo, Miro, Salesforce, Zoom
Ability to negotiate and manage conflict while maintaining the ability to build strong relationships and influence, motive and collaborate cross-functionally with all levels of management
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, dynamic and challenging environment while still delivering on-time results
Comfort with managing data migration and structure
Consensus-builder; develops relationships across the company with ease
Strong attention to detail and consistency in documentation
Impeccable project management with the ability to identify and communicate blockers, next steps, and progress.

Andela Client Growth is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the squad! As a key member of our growth organization, you’ll play an integral role in establishing and creating Andela Client Lifecycle marketing programs to delight our clients and ensure an excellent CX throughout.
As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will accelerate the impact of Andela's Client global B2B marketing strategies, by owning the customer journey across multiple touch-points and channels.
Working in collaboration with the wider Andela Client Marketplace, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to implement strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive consideration, acquisition, retention and expansion across self-service and sales assisted journeys.
General Responsibilities
Own the messaging strategy across the B2B customer journeys for SMB and Enterprise.
Build alignment with key stakeholders in growth, sales and customer success
Work with the Client Marketplace to build multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns and deliver relevant, timely and impactful messaging across customer lifecycle
