Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative designs and video/animations materials, including but not limited to digital ads, social media content, web banners, video ads etc
Own brand consistency by meticulously crafting designs that reflect the company's unique voice, style, and values
Proactively seek fresh design solutions to elevate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and materials.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project goals and objectives.
Create storyboards, wireframes, and mockups to convey Enhance and retouch images as needed for various projects, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
Oversee the preparation of print-ready materials, ensuring they meet industry standards and are ready for production.
Keep abreast of industry trends, design software, and tools, and implement best practices to continuously improve design processes and output.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
Welcome and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess a HND/Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of work experience in branding and design.
We desire candidates with relevant work experience in an advertising/digital agency.
Proficiency with editing design software packages and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, etc)
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, and design principles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design
Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
