Job Objective/ Purpose of Job:

The Managing Partner will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of The Company's growth by providing visionary leadership and driving operational excellence. This individual will be responsible for engendering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client-centricity to ensure the continued success and growth of the organization.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Functional Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership: Co-develop and manage the overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Client Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth and expansion.

Risk Management: Assess and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the business.


Key Performance Indicators/ Performance Goals:


Revenue Growth: Achieve increase in revenue.

Client Satisfaction: Maintain client satisfaction.

Team Performance: Ensure improvement in team productivity and engagement.

Financial Health: Ensure financial targets are met, including profitability margins and cost controls.

Business Development: Successfully identify and secure new business opportunities.

Risk Mitigation: Implement effective risk management strategies, resulting in a reduction in identified risks.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education Qualification:


HND or Bachelor’s degree, in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, or any relevant Social Science related field. Master’s degree and relevant certifications required. MBA will be an added advantage.


Professional Qualification:


Must have relevant professional certifications, membership of relevant professional bodies also required.


Experience


Minimum of 15 years' experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a significant management position
