Role Description
We are seeking a Head of Commercial Claims Operations who will lead our claims and operations department in Port Harcourt.
This full-time, on-site role will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of commercial operations and claims.
The successful candidate will work with thel team to ensure timely and efficient operations and claims resolution, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Head of Commercial Claims Operations will also be responsible for quality control and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least 2 years of management experience in finance or insurance industry
Demonstrated experience in commercial claims, efficiency in customer service, processing and knowledge of industry regulations
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive team environment
Experience in process improvement initiatives and quality control is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities
